- (Track List: The Lightning Storm-Flogging Molly, Dressed in Black-the Gossip, Seven Deadly Sins-Flogging Molly, Four Letter Word-the Gossip)
- Regular Plank: 32 seconds
- Deadlifts: 3 sets, 10 each, 10lb weights (did it on a stair to increase range)
- Unilateral Heel Raises: 3 sets, 10 each side (on a stair)
- Skullcrushers:* 3 sets, 10 each, 10lb weight
*I seriously love doing skullcrushers; I don't know why but I do.
