daily workout log

* Dance: 3 minutes moderate, 5 intense, 3 slow
o (Track list: Queen of Hearts-Juice Newton, Sentimental Johnny-Flogging Molly, Ophelia's Dance-Solace)
* Regular Plank: 30 seconds
* 200 Situps: Week 6, Day 1, Column 1: 38, 45, 30, 22, at least 60 (68)
* Floor Flyes: 5 sets, 15 each, 10lb weights
* 100 Pushups: Week 1, Day 1, Column 1: 2, 3, 2, 2, at least 3 (4)
About 30 minutes.
Weight: 211.1. Down 18.1 lb since 2/13/11.
ETA: 1 hour walk in the forest preserve over lunchtime.
